With over a decade of hands-on experience in the water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration industry, Johnny Jones brings a deep understanding of what it takes to restore properties with care, efficiency, and precision. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Mold Remediation (MRC), and has worked with some of the most recognized names in the industry, including Paul Davis, ServPro, and ServiceMaster.
Throughout his career, Johnny has led countless residential and commercial restoration projects—ranging from emergency water extraction to full-scale fire and storm damage recovery. His knowledge of industry best practices, combined with his calm and solution-driven approach, ensures each project is completed with the highest standards. As Co-Owner and Project Manager of J & J Restore Pros, Johnny is committed to helping families and property owners rebuild with confidence.
Kearra Ward
Co-Owner | Business Operations Manager
With over a decade of business management experience, Kearra plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently at J & J Restore Pros. From overseeing logistics and scheduling to managing vendor relationships and customer service, she ensures the business is operating at a high level across every project.
Kearra's background in managing teams, streamlining workflows, and delivering results translates seamlessly into the restoration industry—where organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential. She helps ensure that every water, fire, mold, or storm damage job is handled with professionalism and care from start to finish.
Frajai Grays
Co-Owner | Lead Water Technician
Frajai (Jai) Grays is the co-owner of J & J Restore Pros and serves as the Lead Water Technician, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer care to every job.
Though newer to the restoration industry, Frajai has quickly built a reputation for being dependable, hands-on, and driven to get the job done right the first time.
His natural ability to connect with others has also made him a standout in building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners—helping J&J Restore Pros grow its presence across the Houston area. Whether he’s on-site leading a water damage response or out in the community building connections, Frajai plays a key role in ensuring both the technical and personal sides of the business are always handled with excellence.
Uniqua Williams
Co-Owner | Head of Communications & Operations
With over five years of experience in public relations and communications, Uniqua brings a strong background in strategy, organization, and storytelling to J & J Restore Pros. She oversees all internal operations and external communications, helping ensure the business runs smoothly while maintaining clear, timely communication with clients and partners.
Uniqua holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University (2019) and a master’s in Public Relations and Mass Communications from the University of Houston (2021).
In addition to co-owning J & J Restore Pros, she also teaches communications at the University of Houston, staying connected to the latest trends in messaging and outreach.
Her unique skill set bridges restoration services and professional communications—helping position the company as a trusted, community-focused provider in water, fire, smoke, and storm damage restoration.
